  • TRAVELING SAFELY

    Your Well-being is Our Everything

We’re Looking Forward to Seeing you Again

SAFETY + WELL-BEING

First and foremost, your safety and well-being are always our top priority. While St. Bart’s is officially a Covid-19 free territory as of May 11, 2020, we will remain vigilant upon reopening and are placing even more of a focus on the details that matter so you can be at ease when visiting us. Beginning this Fall, we will increase the sanitation and hygiene protocol following the guidelines from CDC, WHO, and St. Bart’s Territory.

  • A stringent program will be enforced for enhanced sanitation of all hotel rooms and suites following each guest’s stay following the French government guidelines
  • Staff will wear PPE for all interactions with guests
  • We are moving to a paperless check-in and check-out process, and all menus will be available via QR Codes
  • Our team and guests will be encouraged to wash hands frequently and high touch elements of the hotel will be frequently sanitized
  • Communal spaces will be regularly sanitized, and proper physical distancing will be implemented (1 meter between tables and 2-meters between lounges)
  • The spa will be open to all guests, but by reservation only
  • All spa technicians will wear extra PPE
  • Masks and hand sanitizer will be available in all public areas on property

PAPERLESS

Not only is this move better for the environment and supports our sustainability efforts, but it will also help to avoid unnecessary high-touch surfaces. Our check-in and check-out process will be handled seamlessly electronically, and our food and beverage menus will be available electronically as well.

FLEXIBLE BOOKING

Need to cancel or postpone? No worries. We’ve implemented a very flexible booking policy so you can feel comfortable in your future decisions to stay with us. You may cancel your booking up to 31 days before your arrival date with zero penalties and rebook all stays up to 12-months after original travel date.

STATE ADVISORIES

Upon returning from CDC Level 2 and Level 3 countries, each state in the U.S. has dictated their own “Stay at Home” or self-isolation guidelines for travelers. Americans who are traveling to St. Barts this summer should not have difficulty with U.S. immigration regarding quarantines/self-isolation, and will plan for self-isolation per their state’s recommendations, which are re-evaluated approximately every 14 days.
