With each passing day, we find ourselves navigating new rulings that have the potential to impact your upcoming visit to St. Barths. Last month, the French government announced a temporary closure of all its borders, including its overseas French territories. Under this new regulation, travel to France and its territories is limited to “ compelling reasons” only, such as a medical situation, family emergency or professional engagement.
Please know that St. Barthelemy’s local government is currently discussing with French mainland authorities to find alternative guidelines for the semi-autonomous territory of St. Barths. We are following these negotiations closely and will share updates as they are confirmed.
We approach these new realities, always, with transparency and your safety in mind. As we await an update from local officials, please know that our team stands at the ready to welcome you back to Le Barthélemy where we are certain, brighter days are ahead.
Please contact us to advise on the status of your upcoming reservation should it be before March 31st, as your ability to travel will now be subject to one of the above compelling reasons.
We stay at your entire disposal to discuss options including a rollover of your reservation within the next 12 months.
