Eugénie Béziat is a celebrated French chef known for her vibrant and inventive approach to contemporary cuisine. Trained under Michel Guérard and Michel Sarran, she has built a distinguished culinary career inspired by her African heritage. After earning her first Michelin star at La Flibuste, Eugénie Béziat joined L’Espadon at the Ritz Paris, where she became Executive Chef in 2023, crafting a cuisine that blends spices, memories, and emotions. Her creations earned a Michelin star just six months after the restaurant’s reopening, reflecting her exceptional talent and vision.

After a successful career on Wall Street, Judy Joo discovered her true passion for cooking, earning her Grand Diplôme in Pastry Arts from the French Culinary Institute in New York. She trained at prestigious restaurants worldwide, including The French Laundry and The Fat Duck, before establishing herself as a recognized expert in Korean cuisine. Judy became the only female Iron Chef UK and has appeared as a judge on Iron Chef America and multiple food shows. She is also the founder of the acclaimed restaurants Jinjuu and Seoul Bird, bringing modern Korean flavors to London, Las Vegas, New York, and now Saint Barth.

After honing his craft under Alain Ducasse, he has built an international career at prestigious culinary institutions. As Executive Pastry Chef at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, he oversees seventeen restaurants and shares his culinary vision through his signature concept, The Royal Tea Room Christophe Devoille. Recognized for his precision and creativity, he was named Gault & Millau Pastry Chef of the Year 2024 and Caterer Middle East Pastry Chef of the Year 2023.

Rafael Gomes is a Brazilian chef celebrated for his inventive cuisine with South American influences. After training in renowned kitchens such as Gramercy Tavern and the three-Michelin-star Eleven Madison Park in New York, he joined Mauro Colagreco’s team at Mirazur in France before leading the kitchen at GrandCoeur in Paris. In 2017, he opened his own restaurant, Itacoa, where he showcases seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine that reflects his cosmopolitan journey through Brazil, the United States, and Europe. Guided by a deep commitment to sustainability, Rafael celebrates small producers and responsible sourcing, crafting dishes that honor tradition while embracing modernity.

Named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2004 and “Grand Chef” Relai & Chateau in 2008, Bacquié continues to elevate the art of cooking with every dish.

Hong Thaimee is a celebrated Thai chef based in New York, known for her expertise in combining sophisticated techniques with authentic Thai flavors. She runs two popular restaurants: Thaimee Table Hong Thaimee, offering an elegant take on traditional Thai dishes, and Thaimee Love, which highlights vibrant Thai street food. In recognition of her efforts to promote Thai cuisine internationally, she has been honored by the Thai Ministry of Culture.

Yann Couvreur

Yann Couvreur, acclaimed French pastry chef, is renowned for his modern and original creations focusing on seasonal ingredients. He gained experience in prestigious kitchens, working alongside Michelin-starred chefs Stéphanie Lequellec at La Scène and Yannick Alléno for an Orient Express dinner. Couvreur was a judge on TV show Top Chef, further establishing his prominence in the culinary world. Named Pastry Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau in 2015, he since opened pastry shops in Paris, Miami, Dubaï, Korea. His book, prefaced by iconic pâtissier Pierre Hermé, showcases his innovative style, blending tradition and innovation.

Alvaro Clavijo, the Colombian chef and owner of Restaurante el Chato in Bogotá, is a leading figure in modern Colombian cuisine. He blends international experience with local ingredients, pushing the boundaries of tradition through creativity and innovation. His work has earned him a place in “The World´s 50 Best Restaurants 2023” and in the top 100 of “The Best Chef Awards 2022”.
